I made this in 2002. It was inspired by all the raver bracelets I was into making at the time. As well as the famous fringe tiara owned by the British Royals. I'm planning on recreating something very similar soon using swarovski crystals, since this was made with uber cheap plastic beads.

Thank you for the comment. I sold a few. It was quite interesting when I was making them and sellling them. Each one had a different base as I was trying to come up with different ideas to cover the wire. In the end I liked it just like that.
